If you don’t have the time to start everything yourself, we have care packages to give you a helping hand in getting started. These packages are one time payments and prices include tax. You can select them during checkout.

Do you know how you want to price shipping but not how to set it up in the cart? Or you know how but just don’t have the time. Let us take care of your shipping & payment configurations for the providers that you wish to use (subject to it being supported by the cart’s functionality).

No other set up included. No design, product uploading, content page configuration, or set up of header & footer links in this package.

Content pages and business details – $80

We’ll pre-load up to 10 of your content pages (e.g., About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions) and set up links to them in the header or footer of your site, if you would like us to. We’ll also enter basic business details like contact details and business number, uploading logo & favicon (provided by you), and add social media links.

This does not include product uploading, configuration of shipping and payment methods, or any design related services.

Quick Setup Value Pack – $200

Have your website looking and feeling like your business. We’ll load:

  • 30 category (including sub-category) names.
  • 30 products (including variants and images).
  • Your basic business details and business number.
  • Your shipping method(s) (Australia Post, USPS, FedEx, etc.) (excludes setting up shipping prices, weight, measurements, and postcodes like eParcel zones).
  • Your payment provider gateway(s) (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square, eWAY, etc.) using the gateway passwords you provide.
  • 10 of your policy or content pages, or blog posts (as provided by you).
  • Your mega menu links and we’ll help you set up any mega menu images or graphics.
  • 10 of your store locations, if you have physical stores.
  • Your columns of footer links, or other info to be shown in the footer.
  • Upload 3 home page banners, if you provide them to us at the correct size (we’ll let you know).

We don’t design banners nor test your checkout – you’ll still need to do that part, but you’ll find that the Value Pack gives you a big helping hand in setting up your store.

Pricing FAQs

Do you have a free trial?

We have an online demo and offer a refund for up to 14 days. The refund period can be used as the trial period. That allows you to try out Ozcart shopping cart for those days and continue using it if you decide to use Ozcart for your online store.

In either case, if you choose monthly payments, you can cancel at any time before the next month.

What's your refund policy?

Monthly plans get 7 days of money-back guarantee where your money can be refunded within those days. Your plan can be cancelled for the next monthly billing period (let us know by submitting a ticket 7 days in advance).
Annual plans and Semi-Annual plans get 14 days of money-back guarantee where your money can be refunded within those days.

Note: our hosting-only plans (without Ozcart shopping cart) are under a different refund policy.

What billing cycles do you offer and how do you process our payments?

Ozcart plans can be paid monthly, semi-annually, or yearly. Semi-annual and annual plans include a small discount.

We give you this flexibility to give you control over your payments.

Note: our hosting-only plans (without Ozcart shopping cart) have different billing cycles.

We use Stripe and their secure credit card system to process all payments. We take this very seriously as your security is paramount to us.

Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes, we offer discounts when you prepay for 6 months or 1 year.

All plans include 1 year of free SSL.

Can I cancel my service with Ozcart?

Cancelling your service with Ozcart is an easy process. You only have to submit a ticket to let us know your intention to cancel.

We honour all cancellations at their requested time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Simply submit a ticket and let us know how we can help you.

If you decide to upgrade, you only pay the difference for the next payments.
If you decide to downgrade, we’ll reduce your next payments.

How do I switch from another shopping cart?

You can ask us to set up a staging site for you. That way, you can continue running your online business while building your site with Ozcart. When complete, simply request for us to move your site to the live environment. It’s easy!

Do I need web hosting?

No. Your Ozcart store comes with high-end hosting and will be hosted in our secure environment.

Can I use any domain name?

Yes, you can use your current domain or register a new one with us during checkout.

You can also register a new domain elsewhere and use it with us.

In either case, you would then point it to Ozcart (we will fully guide you).

Can I have email accounts?

Yes, with the Standard and Plus plans. Those include unlimited email accounts as part of your plan.

The lite plan only includes email service if you add it as an additional add-on to your plan.

I don't need an online store. What can you do to help me?

We also offer hosting packages without Ozcart shopping cart installed. This allows you to install any type of website system (content management system), such as WordPress.
